Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow our customer base, and help increase our revenue. You will be responsible for setting targets, guiding the sales team, and making sure we meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify new customers and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Help team members improve their performance

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
