Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute plans to meet and exceed sales expectations.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and tools to enhance agent success.
  • Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor moves.
  • Train agents in specialized tactics to connect with high-value clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years in sales and marketing across any domain.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and team leadership.
  • Leadership skills to steer a team toward shared goals.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
