Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can guide a team of sales executives, drive performance, and help achieve the company’s sales goals. This role needs leadership, planning, and hands-on sales experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives and ensure they meet individual and team targets
- Plan daily and weekly tasks for the team based on business goals
- Monitor team performance and give regular feedback or support
- Help team members with client meetings or deal closures when needed
- Train new and existing team members on sales strategies and product knowledge
- Handle customer escalations and solve field-level issues
- Prepare simple reports and updates for senior managers
- Work closely with other departments
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream; MBA is a plus
- 2–4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable with fieldwork and team supervision
