Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager with experience in the BFSI sector to lead financial product sales and drive team performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Sell insurance, loan, and financial products to clients.
• Lead and support a team of sales executives.
• Set daily/monthly targets and ensure achievement.
• Make sales plans and review performance regularly.

What We Need:
• Graduation completed in any field (mandatory).
• Experience in BFSI sales (Insurance, Finance, Banking).
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.
• Target-focused and result-driven mindset.
