We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to lead, coach, and inspire agents, driving performance and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train and guide a team of agents to achieve personal and team performance goals.
• Regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored development plans.
• Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance agent skills and capabilities.
• Work closely with leadership to align agent development with business goals.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Must have completed Graduation.
• At least 1+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
• Excellent skills in building relationships with agents and clients.
