Job Description
Role:
- Recruit /Train advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Focusing on advisor and retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
- Personal Attributes & Competencies
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold criteria
Required Candidate profile ::
- 2 year Experience in Sales / MR/Banking
- Graduation Mark-sheet (Final Year)
- AGE : 21 to 38 years
- Experience / Relieving Letter is required
- Local candidate
