Job Description

Role Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and building strong strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing key relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver value to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, approach, and secure new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive mutual business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different client segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
  • Report on sales pipeline, partnership performance, and key metrics.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • 2–8 years of experience in field sales.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
