Job Summary:
The Sales Representative – Insurance is responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses by understanding their financial and protection needs. The representative plays a critical role in growing the client base, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable life, health, motor, or general insurance products.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly.
- Customize insurance plans based on clients’ financial situations and goals.
- Close sales and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
