Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: 3.75 to 4.25 LPA and Incentive + Bonus
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by selling our products/services directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients in assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree related field preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (1–3 years minimum).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
