Job Description

A Sales Strategy Manager is a high-impact role focused on optimizing an organization’s sales efforts through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and present regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Identify training gaps and work with sales enablement to improve rep readiness and effectiveness.
  • Work with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure sales alignment.
  • Lead quarterly/annual sales forecasting and set achievable yet ambitious quotas.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
