A Sales Strategy Manager is a high-impact role focused on optimizing an organization’s sales efforts through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Identify training gaps and work with sales enablement to improve rep readiness and effectiveness.
- Work with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure sales alignment.
- Lead quarterly/annual sales forecasting and set achievable yet ambitious quotas.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
