Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead and support a team of field sales executives in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. This role involves overseeing sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring daily targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of sales executives
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
Train team members on products and sales techniques
Monitor field activity and ensure regular reporting
Help resolve customer queries and support the sales process
Coordinate with management for updates and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage field teams and drive performance
Comfortable with local travel
