Lead and coach a small team of sales representatives, ensuring performance targets and client satisfaction levels are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of team leadership or sales experience.
- Strong motivational and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular feedback.
- Train new sales staff on products and procedures.
- Support team in client meetings and deal closures.
Salary: Up to 4 LPA + incentives and benefits.
