Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Agency Manager to join our team and support business growth within the BFSI sector. The role involves identifying and onboarding new customers, promoting financial products/services, and ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Activate advisors as per plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Establish interpersonal business relationship to facilitate work activities.
- Adheres to the policies and procedures established for the client/team
- Achieve sales targets for life insurance products.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance review meetings with the area manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
