We are in search of a proactive and results-focused Agency Sales Manager to join our team within the Insurance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet established targets

– Oversee and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales objectives

– Develop and sustain strong partnerships with agency collaborators

– Analyze sales metrics and trends to pinpoint growth opportunities

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote product usage

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

– At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing

– Ideal candidates should be between 22 and 38 years old

– Strong skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation

– Goal-oriented with the ability to effectively manage a team
