Job Description

A Senior Sales Manager in the BFSI sector is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives or executives. This role combines sales target achievement, team management, coaching, and operational planning. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the team updated on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the team builds strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, agents, or officers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
