Roles & responsibilities: 

  • Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies
  • Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors
  • Drive business targets through Advisors
  • Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target
  • Focus on sales Team Management, geographic coverage & managing the spread.
  • Generate leads in the open market.

Requirements: 

  • Age: 21–38years
  • CTC:  3.80 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
  • Graduate(10+2+3)
  • Presently working
  • 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
  • Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
  • Good stability.
  • Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
