As the Strategic Account Manager, you will manage long-term relationships with important clients and develop strategies to retain and expand business. You’ll support agents with high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle top-tier accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with agents to service large clients.
- Design account strategies and retention plans.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
