Job Description
This role is key to generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and building a strong pipeline for the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and messaging.
- Train and mentor team members on outreach techniques, messaging, and objection handling.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
