Job Description

This role is key to generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and building a strong pipeline for the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and messaging.
  • Train and mentor team members on outreach techniques, messaging, and objection handling.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
