The Success Lead – Sales – Insurance Partner is responsible for enabling, managing, and growing a network of insurance partners or agents. This role focuses on partner onboarding, activation, training, performance tracking, and ensuring overall success and satisfaction of insurance partners to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, field campaigns, and lead follow-ups.
- Submit daily activity reports and customer feedback to managers
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
