Team Leader – Field Sales

Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and guide a field sales team. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are achieved in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
• Set daily/weekly sales goals and help the team achieve them.
• Train and motivate team members for better performance.
• Visit clients and support the team in closing deals.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Local area knowledge is a plus.
