Job Title: Team Sales Leader
Location: Devangere
Type: Full-Time

CTC : 3.00 to 3.45 LPA { Incentive and bonus }

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Team Sales Leader who can guide, support, and drive a team of sales reps to meet their targets. You’ll help plan their day, coach them in the field, and make sure the team hits both individual and team sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of salespeople
• Set and track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Train and motivate the team to improve performance
• Join team members on field visits to guide them
• Solve problems and help close deals when needed
• Report on team results and suggest ways to improve

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, with some leadership experience
• Graduated Any steam 
• Good with people – you know how to motivate and support a team
• Target-driven and organized
• Experience { 1 + 2 years are required sales and field sales  } 
• Comfortable using basic software and sales tools
• Willing to travel locally for field visits
