Territory Executive – Sales

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

– Use field trips, networking, and cold calling to find and follow up on fresh sales leads.

– Describe and market goods and services to prospective customers.

– Reach and surpass sales goals and KPIs

– To guarantee recurring business, keep up positive ties with current clients.

– Create reports on sales activity and pipeline status every day or every week. Keep up of industry developments and rival products.

Requirements:

– Strong communication

– Proven field sales experience

– Ability to handle client objections and close deals

– Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)

– Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
