Job Description

Job Responsibility:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within a specific geographic area. They develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met. This role involves traveling within the territory, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Skills:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of partners to achieve sales targets.
  •  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to ensure productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Proven experience in managing partner channels or similar distribution networks.
  • Local Candidate preferable.
