Unit Sales Executive

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive to join our Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting and supporting insurance agents, generating business through them, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and activate new life insurance agents.
Support agents in selling life insurance products to customers.
Conduct joint field visits to assist agents in closing sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through agency network.
Provide regular training and motivation to agents.
Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Submit daily activity and performance reports to the manager.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory .
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in life insurance or field sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
Willing to travel locally for field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
