Functions and Accountabilities:
– Create and carry out successful sales plans and tactics that complement the agency’s corporate goals.
– Find and seize fresh business prospects, such as those in developing areas and with prospective customers.
– To make strategic judgements, stay up to date on rival activity and industry trends.
– Manage, inspire, and lead the sales staff to meet both individual and group sales goals.
– Offer team members continual coaching, professional development opportunities, and training.
– Establish precise performance objectives and carry out frequent assessments of performance.
– Develop and preserve a solid rapport with current and future customers while learning about their goals and needs.
– Create plans to draw in and take on new customers, growing the clientele of the business.
– Maintaining good connections requires responding to client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other benefits
