Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and implement sales strategy to boost market share and meet revenue goals.
• Use networking with healthcare organisations and professionals, cold calling, and prospecting to find and seize new business prospects.
• Develop and preserve a close rapport with current clients by being aware of their needs and promptly offering assistance and answers.
• To highlight the characteristics and advantages of our diagnostic supplies, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Work along with the marketing team to create campaigns, initiatives, and promotional materials to aid in sales.
• To spot opportunities and risks, keep abreast of market trends, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Create and deliver sales reports, projections, and analyses to management, including analysis and suggestions for enhancements.
• Represent Biowel in events, trade exhibitions, and conferences for the industry.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
