Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Taking the lead and inspiring the group to accomplish the given aims and objectives of the organisation.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new ventures, projects, procedures, and system needs.
• Continually inform partners and management about the current situation through dashboards and updates, and offer guidance on growth strategies.
• Oversee the branch and back end operations teams to maintain seamless business as usual.
• Create an operations model that is aggressive, cost-effective, lean, and customer-centric.
• Deal with walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
• Handle product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Create, plan, and carry out operations-related strategies with operational excellence
• Through active engagement in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy creation, forecasting, and sales, the organisation aligns its sales objectives with a strong company strategy.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
