Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Use a variety of methods, including as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms, to find and approach possible customers.

• Recognise the demands and specifications of our clients and skillfully deliver our digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals.

• Give presentations and product demos to highlight the features and advantages of our offerings.

• Create and preserve enduring client connections by offering first-rate assistance and customer care.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers asking questions about the product portfolio.

• Get in touch with the clients again to expedite their orders.

• Work with Plants and Logistics to ensure that shipments reach the customer or the appropriate country on schedule.

• Guaranteeing the happiness of the customer and maintaining contact with them from the order stage to the delivery stage.

• Setting up and disseminating timely MIS updates on demand generation and sales orders.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
