We are looking for a motivated Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of insurance agents in the Agency Channel. Your role will involve driving sales, coaching agents, and ensuring targets are met while building strong relationships with agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
- Drive sales of insurance products and ensure agents meet targets.
- Provide ongoing support and training to help agents succeed.
- Keep up with market trends and competitor products.
- Ensure agents follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years in sales and field sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
