Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and guide a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a strong sales force.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand market reach.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve agent performance and product knowledge.
• Track agent performance and provide ongoing support to ensure sales goals are met.
• Build relationships with clients and agents to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and Field sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Ability to recruit and train new agents.
• Must be local candidate.
