Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales representatives, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on achieving targets and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 1-5 years in sales or marketing.
• Must be a local resident.
• CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits.
