Job Description
The life insurance agency’s channel sales will be overseen and promoted by the channel sales manager. This duty includes developing sales strategies, monitoring agency performance, and expanding the agent network.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategy for agency channels.
· Locate, instruct, and support insurance agents.
· Monitor sales figures and implement expansion strategies.
· Create and maintain relationships with key agency partners.
· Analyze market trends and adjust action plans as needed.
· Prepare sales reports and adhere to regulations.
Requirements
· A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· The ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
· Outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
