Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

· Identify new business opportunities and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (required).

· 1-5 years of experience in sales or marketing.

· Must be a local.

· CTC: ₹2.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA + incentives + benefits.
