Job Description

A Unit Sales Manager typically oversees a team of sales representatives within a specific region or unit of a business.

Principal Duties:

  • To propel business expansion, assemble and empower a group of life insurance brokers.
  • To reach goals, put sales plans into action and keep an eye on team performance.
  • Collaborate with agents to provide clients with specialized insurance options.
  • Encourage and mentor your staff to reach their full potential.
  • Put the needs of your customers first and make sure they have outstanding after-sale assistance.

Profile of the Candidate:

  • bachelor’s degree Mandatory, regardless of field.
  • At least two years of track record in field sales.
  • It is required to have a current driver’s license and to own a bike.
  • Local candidates are given preference in order to better understand the market.
