Job Summary:
An Unit Sales Officer is typically responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a specific unit or territory, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer relationships are maintained. This role often involves direct interaction with customers, strategic planning, and coordination with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve unit sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
