Job Description
Responsibilities:
– The Sales Manager Team is tasked with forming a team of Life Insurance Advisors sourced from their personal and professional networks.
– Engage in fieldwork to connect with as many customers as possible.
– Acquire leads from the general public.
– Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
– Identify methods to improve sales and marketing approaches.
– Assemble a team of sales representatives; inspire and guide them; and utilize personal and professional networks. When cross-selling insurance, implement the Need-Based Selling Model.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Qualification: Graduate/MBA
– Age: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 38 years
– Two-wheeler is a must
– 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales
– Must have lived in the same city for more than 5 years
– Good stability record
– Currently employed
