Accountabilities: 
Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
Select, develop, inspire, and counsel a group of salespeople
Seeking out possible leaders and financial consultants
Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures.
Fieldwork to contact as many customers as possible

Ideal Candidate Characteristics: 
Requirements: Graduate degree
Experience: 2 To 5 years of Field Sales & Marketing
Age range: 21 to 38 years old.
