Job Summary:
As an Sales Executive -BFSI need to help current and prospective customers determine which of our plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them. Need to be outgoing and an excellent communicator, ready to help our customers in all way you can.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with all policies and retain information about the insurance plans offered.
- Engage with prospective customers through email, phone, or in person to discuss the company’s insurance offerings
- Work with customers to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons.
- Assist customers by giving customized ideas , trying to find something within their budget
- Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency channel and 1 year of sales experience + 6 months of BFSI experience for direct channel
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
