Roles and Responsibilities :
– Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.
– Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.
– Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs).
– Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance.
– Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.
Candidate profile :
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate .
Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales.
Age : Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
