Job Description

To lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals, we are seeking a Sales Specialist.

Principal Duties:

– For direction, oversight, and management of the Agent/IM within his/her hierarchy with regard to their life insurance company.

– For the caliber of life insurance plans that the agent or IM sources within their hierarchy.

– Held vicariously liable for every act of commission or omission by the Agent or IM in their position.

Job requirements:

– Postgraduate or equivalent to a graduate degree (10+2+3)

– At least one to seven years of experience in a sales development position

– It is required to have prior sales experience in the life insurance sector or any other industry.

– Candidates from the local area who are familiar with the potential market will be given preference.
