Job Description

Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.

Responsibilities.  

Identify and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
Developing your sales team through motivation .
Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .
Coordinates with the centre team.

Qualifications & Skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.
Sales experience of at least one year
The ideal age range is 21–38 years old.
